Flynn O'Driscoll is now seeking to recruit a Legal Executive to join our Commercial Property Team
Based in our Dublin office, this is a permanent, full-time position, working 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
About the role:
Managing conveyancing on behalf of our clients;
Preparation of legal documentation;
Liaising with clients and Partners in relation to matters;
Processing documentation mark-ups;
Responding to correspondence and queries as they arise;
Preparation of document bible post completion.
You will have previous experience working as a Legal Executive in a property team.
Professional manner and approach.
A strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
An ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Effective communication and strong attention to detail.
An ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Previous experience of working on new housing developments would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
